[問題] 要如何製作出香味撲鼻的效果?
小弟最近都在研究鬆餅
想看看能否在家製作出像名店般的鬆餅
使用了預拌粉 或是 各種麵粉 無鹽奶油 鮮奶 雞蛋 發酵粉等材料做出後
終於做出了類似的口感 但鬆餅本身卻不香
想詢問板上的前輩要如何能夠像名店般鬆餅出爐後在店外十公尺就可以聞到香味呢?
