[問題] Smith & Hsu沾司康的奶油怎麼做?
看了網路上的司康食譜,
成功做出與 Smith & Hsu 味道相去不遠的成品
我把食譜中的牛奶改成加 Heavy cream
味道實在是太香了 (也太肥了)
吃著吃著覺得相當滿意,
也照 Carol 的食譜做了檸檬蛋黃醬來沾,
但...沾起來不太對味阿
還是喜歡 SH 的奶油沾醬味,
想請問大家是否有妙招可做這奶油呢?
這買不到英國的德文郡鮮奶油啊阿
