[問題] 自行減少奶油的後果?
喜歡作甜點可是每次跟食譜都覺得好恐怖
因為油和糖的量都超多
之前作布朗尼作完自己反而不敢吃...(奶油和糖居然比麵粉多出這麼多!!!)
本來有想自行減少奶油的量
但因為是新手怕隨意更動食譜會造成悲劇
想請問奶油在作餅乾或蛋糕的過程中的功用是什麼?
自行減少會造成什麼後果?
