[問題] 該怎麼調整市售豆沙的甜度?
最近想做冰皮月餅,所以從食品材料行買了紅豆沙
不過甜度真的太高,原本想說再加水進去降低甜度
但又怕加水進去後,豆沙太稀不好搓揉成形
不知道大家遇到這狀態,會加什麼東西進去
讓豆沙變得不甜又好搓揉?
