[問題] 巧克力油水分離
今天做了松露巧克力~
用了鮮奶油加熱,覺得黏在鍋壁上的鮮奶油們很可惜…
所以加了點水讓他們下來
爬了文之後…
我想應該是這樣造成巧克力油水分離的吧(囧)
要問的重點是…
油水分離的巧克力還可以吃嗎?>"<
如果可以的話…我要繼續接下去做
不行的話就要快點重準備了T_T
