[問題] 泡芙軟軟的>"<
最近在玩(?)泡芙..
烤出來的成品外觀都很ok..應該算成功,

配方比例:水85g、奶油62g、鹽1g、中筋麵粉85g、蛋135g
烤完出爐時摸起來是硬脆的,
但等涼了之後,雖然摸起來也是硬的,但咬下去是充滿空氣感,
是軟軟的泡芙,一點都不硬脆...>"<
請問是配方上有問題,還是原本泡芙就是這樣呢?
即使同樣的配方,我做成小顆的,但依然是軟的>"<
也就是..不管大小顆..都是軟泡芙耶..
我個人偏好像義美小泡芙那種硬脆的口感呀...冏rz
