請問 做蛋糕 一定要加蛋嗎?
1. 若食譜說要加4個蛋 那我可以改成只加1個蛋就好嗎?
請問蛋的"作用"是甚麼?
2. 可以完全不加水(包括牛奶)嗎?
3. 麵粉膨脹的原理是靠泡打粉和蔬菜油嗎?
4. 為何我做的蛋糕 較像麵包和發餅(台語) 無法像蜂蜜蛋糕綿密?
