[問題] 我的海綿蛋糕有點不對勁
我是用基礎的3蛋90糖90粉來做的,
隔水加熱再把麵粉拌入,但是做出來的蛋糕內氣孔並不均勻,
往往都是上層澎起成蜂窩狀,下層口感過於扎實,
做了許多次還是不知道原因,
有沒有人能給我意見?
不然我連海綿蛋糕夾奶油都做不出來....

這次是上層有點軟黏沒有蛋糕的口感,是不是因為我沒有放涼呢?
