[問題] 請問有沒有手揉高手可以分享真實揉麵技巧
大家好…
我做了好幾次的麵包,做出來都很緊實
沒有像麵包店那樣鬆鬆軟軟的感覺
絕大部分我想出在揉麵上

沒有考慮要買麵包機
(因為我沒有很愛吃麵包,也許只是想玩玩麵糰的感覺)
(我想如果介由我的手做出好吃的麵包一定是很棒的事)
(想偶爾做做,真的要吃,麵包店還是方便的好選擇)
家裡本身看了做麵包的書
做不成功又去書局翻每一本麵包書,揉麵糰的圖都看了
雖說過程大同小異,但其實算是自學
精華區關於手揉資訊有些少
我希望能打出薄模的麵糰
不知道有沒有手揉麵包的高手
可以有更實際一點的分享
目前我知道的有:奶油不要這麼早放、甩打折下然後轉90度再甩打折下
如果有人分享,真的很感謝
