[問題] 用小烤箱考小小的全蛋蛋糕卻失敗..
不好意思,我嘗試做小蛋糕,
卻敗在烤箱,應該是烤箱的問題吧?
我的材料與比例事參考網路上他人講的配方
配方如下:
1.全蛋280g
2.低筋麵粉120g
3.糖120g
4.奶油60g
都打好麵糊之後,放到小烤箱
之前有爬文看過,有版友說小烤箱無法考蛋糕
只能烤杯子蛋糕
我的小烤箱是那種大賣場買的超小烤箱
類似外面早餐店烤漢堡用的那種
我用杯子蛋糕模倒了一點點薄薄的麵糊
結果
兩分鐘後有發起來
但是是像泰國炸蝦餅那樣發
隨即遇冷消掉
變成軟的可麗餅餅皮..

想請問各位是因為我的烤箱問題?還是我的配方需要改過?
或是,真的只能烤小餅乾,不能烤蛋糕??
