[問題] 關於麵包跟西點學徒
我最近有經過朋友介紹,很有可能會去一間店做學徒,老闆一直在提醒我做這行很辛苦這
我都知道,因為我在學校有考麵包丙證,所以我大概知道一些基礎,也有大概了解學徒的
辛苦,我也不怕累,燙傷這種事除非真的很嚴重,不然我也是不介意多留幾道疤的。
我比較掙扎的是,因為麵包跟西點一定是要選一樣先專精的,麵包的部分因為有考證照,
丙證的那些雖然時間有兩年了所以有點忘記,不過要再想起來應該不難,可是因為我是女
生,一般都因為很粗重所以不建議女生學麵包的部份,可是西點的部分我真的都不太會了
,頂多就是知道蛋白打發的程度怎麼分,而且西點總是要裝飾,我平常自己也會做些小東
西,可是都是做很慢的,西點因為常常要快,我很怕我手拙,會整個搞砸。
我想請問一下各位大大的想法!
