[問題] 讓布丁口感綿密的成分
我是新新手,因為真的很喜歡布丁
但是市售布丁價格不低,想說自做做看
試了很多種布丁的入門食譜,
(蛋+蛋黃+牛奶+糖+奶油+香草精)
但是總是做不出自己喜歡的綿密口感。
原以為是蛋不夠,多加了點蛋,
結果味道變成超級怪 orz
我有爬了文,但不知到是不是關鍵字不對,只有找到很多食譜 >"<
請問怎麼讓口感便綿密呢? (冰久一點會比較棉嗎?)
