[問題] 杯子蛋糕裡面濕濕的~
今天在做香蕉巧克力杯子蛋糕~
180度烤了一個小時候~
外皮是酥脆的~可是裡頭都是濕濕的耶~
是我奶油沒打發嗎?
我是用無鹽奶油放室溫幾個小時~
變軟後就加入糖.蛋等一起攪和~
可是這時還是很稠~是要怎麼打發呢?
請大家教教我~看問題出在哪~
我想要做個成功的香蕉巧克力蛋糕出來阿~
