[問題] 蛋白打發..
今天想要把剛從冰箱拿出來的蛋
蛋白打至硬性發泡 結果直接拿了剛打完蛋黃的電動攪拌器下去打
結果怎樣打都是液狀 ...
請問是不是如果有沾到蛋黃 蛋白就無法打發呢 謝謝!
還有 打發時間通常大概要多久呢? 謝謝!
