We are an active research laboratory in seismology at the Institute of Earth
Sciences, Academia Sinica. Currently we have openings for part-time helpers
(full time in summer and winter are also available) to conduct Bachelor-level
researches and an opening for research assistant. The projects include (but
are not limit to) realtime data processing, seismic broadband waveform
modeling, and image processing.
For part-time helpers, we invite junior and sophomore students with training
in computer sciences, engineering, physics, geophysics, math, seismology,
earth sciences, or geology.
For the research assistant, we invite applicants with a B.S or M.S degree.
The student is encouraged to conduct publishable research in preparation for
further graduate school training. The deadline for application is 18 May
(Tuesday). Information regarding our lab can be found in
