[請問] 如何調整作息?
最近常常睡到半夜2~3點醒來
然後就睡不著 躺著直到天亮
之後早上會很想睡 中午才休息一下補眠
晚上多是11~12點睡
試過提早到10點睡 或撐到1~2點睡 也沒用
請問有無辦法調整作息 可以一覺到天亮?
