[請問] 五穀飯怎麼煮
如題,
我是浸泡一小時之後才煮,
開關跳起來後,有打開蓋子翻一翻飯,再蓋著繼續悶,
米跟水的比例是1:2 (照包裝袋上的比例)
可是煮出來的五穀飯都軟軟的,糊糊的,
我比較想要的是顆粒分明的五穀飯,請問我什麼步驟要修正呢?
