[請問] 信用證 遠期 即期問題
想請問有關信用證的問題如下:
我們財務收到客人的信用證，跟銀行確認後說是45days after sight，遠期的。
但客人那說是開即期的信用證給我們，回信如下:
This is Banker’s 45days not shipper’s 45days.. The “Banker’s 45days” is
the same condition with “LC at sight”.
不是很清楚客人的意思，想請懂信用證的人幫忙解惑下，謝謝!
