[請問] can't type chinese消失

few days ago I upgraded my notebook to window 8.1 but it sucks a lot, and I reverse it back to 8.0 by doing so, all programs I used to have are erased and I can't type chinese now I go to control pannel and confirm I do have a chinese type program but no matter how many times I click on "shift" I can't change it to chinese type. I find out one thing when I add 倉頡輸入法 it allows me to switch between Eng and 倉頡 by press window and space but it never switches to MS 新注音 even the control pannel tells me that I do have one activated so weire...... ※ 編輯: benka (1.170.12.157), 06/24/2014 16:35:13
