已經連續兩個星期晚上無法順利入睡,
白天醒來後可以一直醒著做事不用睡午覺,
但到了晚上明明很累了(像現在)就是睡不著!! 可以盯著天花板看很久,
請問有沒有什麼可以放鬆的運動?連續這樣子我頭常到了晚上覺得頭暈,
就算不用醫生說這樣子作息失調對身體超糟糕的吧。謝謝板友!
