4-5days off a month.

Working hour14:00~close.(1am~2am about)
從下午2點到營業結束
下午準備食材方面，晚上6點開始營業的樣子
16sheets small restaurant specific in yam potato cuisine.
有16個座位的餐廳
Who can speak English or Japanese.
日語或英語可溝通的人
And this is the most important part of the condition.
I would like to start same business in Taiwan too.
I mean not only in Taiwan or Asian countries.
店長以後想在台灣或亞洲國家開分店，所以可以的話想找合作夥伴
Eating potato raw is another great culture of Asian countries~
Like,sashimi potato~
It must spread all over the world~
It's super healthy Coz it contains lots vegetable fibres.
Tons of potatoes is eaten by people every day.
Now we can be pioneers of yam potato~
