[閒聊] 自助餐怎麼吃才會瘦?
最近發現體重又破自己記錄了
不過我也不意外,因為近期工作壓力比較大吃比較多
麥當勞雞塊套餐+大薯+麥脆雞+可樂直接吃起來
下午有空檔也會吃不少零食,然後我又很愛吃澱粉
不胖才怪~
但也覺得不能再這樣胖下去
想先從自助餐開始,然後不特別買白飯
想問有哪些菜很適合減肥時候吃,有哪些是要特別避雷的嗎?
我今天看到魚香茄子很想夾,記得熱量很高到最後我還是忍住了
