[閒聊] 和緩地瘦身消失
此方法只適合只想減重一點點,或是消水腫的懶人
想減脂或雕塑部分線條的可能不適用
本人164/55,實行40天後164/50,從肉肉女變成有點肉女
說和緩的意思是指對平常生活影響不劇烈,大約有三大方向
1.早餐吃飽,才不易餓
2.忌吃宵夜,吃水果也不行
3.”每天”慢跑20~30分鐘
用這個方法第一週就瘦了1.5公斤~
可能是之前生活習慣太差(宵夜通常是鹹酥雞200元、泡麵兩碗之類的)
一開始要不吃很痛苦,所以買了小瓶的牛奶,真的很餓就喝一瓶150ml
有時候還是會偷吃泡麵XD
避免越晚越餓也要早睡
這樣不花太多時間又省宵夜錢的和緩方式不知道大家覺得如何呢~
希望再堅持幾個星期可以回到4開頭
但是常吃宵夜的話有可能又會復胖,所以要徹底改掉宵夜的壞習慣qq

我體脂率19.5應該不算高吧 目前不想再多動(懶
不過確實爆吃就很容易胖
迷上Oreo 餅乾的時候每天吃一條 五天就胖一公斤...
