[閒聊] 推薦沈澱思緒的方式已回收
有時候事情的多很雜的時候,
會很希望可以沈澱一下思緒
然後就有力氣去處理應該做的事情了
有推薦的嗎?
靜坐/聽輕音樂/看風景放空
慢慢的散步
有人會禱告,點精油滿室生香
我只想到以上
吃大餐/玩電腦或手機遊戲的效果感覺沒有很好
有人有推薦其他的嗎?
