[討論] 腿容易酸或水腫怎麼辦已回收
我的腿幾乎每天都在水腫
大概早上正常下午開始腳就會痠
辦公室坐久 或 外面走久都會這樣 (玩寶可夢後狀況更嚴重)
因為我下半身血液循環並不是很好
事後按摩或抬腿有效 但是隔天又會開始
如果穿很硬底的鞋子 一下就不行了
有想要去跑步或健走(練腿力和促進血液循環)
但怕膝蓋舊傷復發
有甚麼方法可以讓腿不那麼容易水腫嗎??
