[問題] 如何學習不要太在意別人的批評已回收
知道自己一向容易被別人的批評影響,
即使是輾轉聽到的負評,
也會心裡難過很久。
我知道父子騎驢的故事,
不可能討好所有人。
即使認真地檢討自己,
有時候發現自己那樣做真的是當下最適當的做法,
(當然也有可能只是我在自我辯護),
但被別人說成那樣還是會難過。
朋友叫我不要放在心上、叫我左耳進右耳出,
可是我就是做不到,
會一直想一直想一直想。
大家說我太草莓、沒有抗壓性,
說我出社會後會被生吞活剝、吃得連骨頭都不剩。
我也想改。
請問該怎麼學著不要太介意別人的看法?
或者推薦我什麼書籍來讓我學習和練習?
