最近因為開始注意健康和體態,所以開始自製三餐。
自己煮儘量吃得比較乾淨,吃食物原態,油鹽也有控制,
加上養成每週運動五天左右,也有瘦了一些。
早餐熱量儘量不超過600卡,
飲品的部分沒什麼變化,大多是豆漿,偶爾鮮奶。
大部分是吐司類的,最近有改義美的穀物饅頭當主食。

不過最近覺得換來換去其實都吃的差不多,

看她po早餐和教練的事都蠻有趣的,
只是很難像她做的一樣很繽紛多樣化。

您可能誤會我是自製蛋餅皮了,我還沒到甚麼東西都自製的程度,哈哈
這樣看起來好像還是蠻多是成品去加工組合的,
在還沒能全自製的情況下,只能盡量挑選可以信任的店家或廠商了
蛋餅是很一般的煎法,只是少油,麵皮那面煎很脆就很好吃了
