我從國二有憂鬱症傾向,直到大學的最後一年,才慢慢的走出那個框框,現在當面臨壓力
的時候,憂鬱症的傾向又會跑出來。
我的經驗是,憂鬱症最重要的,還是要靠自己
我的建議是,要不斷的提醒自己,專注在眼前的事情就好,先做到這件事情,是比較簡單
轉移注意力的方法。
再來,一定一定一定要釐清,從什麼時候開始有這個傾向,以及是因為什麼原因,導致這
個傾向的產生。
記得,這件事情,是必須有一段時間來克服,而且是不短的時間。
記得專注於眼前,多出去走走,會有很大的幫助,真的。
絕對不能讓自己長時間處於封閉空間,或獨處。
