朝九晚五上班族的我出社會今年第四年了。剛開始第一年每天都1、2點睡,約5點起床,整天精神都很好。現在有時加班(最晚到10點)完回到家吃完晚餐(好吧應該算宵夜了)後,洗洗睡也差不多約12點了。近幾年不知是工作壓力大還是怎麼樣,有空閒時間就想睡覺,通勤時後睡、等車時後睡、超過半小時沒事就想睡,現在更誇張的是跟人講話講超過5分鐘也會有睡意QQ,想請問大家有什麼提神方法嗎?
咖啡、茶、蠻牛什麼的都對我無效,B群要看品牌,有的沒效,這讓我好困擾啊嗚嗚嗚。
