平常都吃太多了發現不能再這樣所以打算開始減肥。
大家都知道少量多餐是健康的方式,但!我好討厭吃一點點吃不飽的感覺啊!!! 雖然
隔沒幾個小時就可以吃下一餐,但是我寧願只吃兩餐或三餐但是吃飽!!!
到底要怎麼改掉這種習慣T_T
