原po我大概從小五小六開始有躁鬱的傾向,
不過上次躁期是兩年前左右,
所以我猜應該是轉為純粹憂鬱,
也是鬱期會出現一陣子,
然後好轉,
沒有躁期。
上大學後學校都設有心理諮商的服務,
我也想解決這個問題,
可是我現在不在發作期間,
也找不到一個明確的問題可以提出,
請問我該怎麼做?
補上發作是的生理症狀有出現過失眠(躺在床上就是不斷浮現負面的影像包括天災人禍)
、全身無力、嗜睡、碰到食物就反胃(我都是靠著求生意志把食物塞進去的)、胸悶、,
不過我自覺得跟別人比起來不太嚴重,
而且有趣的是我現在很溫和很會控制脾氣,
所以幾乎不影響周遭的人或互動。
