[問題] 宵夜吃甚麼比較不會胖消失
正值高三重要時期,每天留學校晚自習
可是晚餐難吃又吃不飽,而且太早吃晚餐,晚一點就餓了……有時候學校的晚餐還是粥,
還沒回家就餓了
晚上9點回家都要吃點東西才能繼續讀書,可是怕這麼晚吃很容易胖,對身體也不好,但
不吃飽真的沒動力阿!!!
請問大家有什麼推薦的宵夜,比較不會胖,又有飽足感的~~
