[討論] 除了B群外有沒有其它改善精神的選擇?消失
最近因為要做專案的關係壓力頗大
每天醒來都感覺身體好重...
我平常都有按時去運動(上瑜珈課)
而且也都盡量12點前睡覺(沒被主管追殺的話)
不過上班還是常會打哈欠
最近開始有吃B群 但效果好像不是很明顯
不知道大家還有吃什麼其他保健食品嗎?
