最近的四年來我有養成跑步的習慣,
一個禮拜跑兩次,一次4k左右
其實我原本就不胖拉,但是跑步有瘦,大概是48kg→44kg
但我最近發現一件事,就是我原本"沒跑步"的腿比較好看!!!
也不是說跑步後的腿長出肌肉,只是沒跑步的比較勻稱好看

最近有再想要不要去游泳,感覺游泳比較全身性
