TONIGHT: WIZARDS VS. NUGGETS
First of Two: Tonight's game marks the first of two meetings
between the Wizards and Nuggets this season. Washington and Denver will meet
again in Colorado five days from now to conclude the season-series.
Last season, Washington and Denver split a pair of meetings as each team won
on the other's home court. The Wizards have not defeated Denver in Washington
since January 20, 2003 during Washington's 37-45, 2002-03 campaign.

Nice Company: With his 41-point performance against Houston on
Saturday, Gilbert Arenas has now scored 40 points four times this season.
Arenas joins Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Allen Iverson as the only players
in the last 20 years to score 40+ points four times in their first 20 games of
a season. Jordan accomplished the feat six times; Kobe Bryant did it in
2002-03; Iverson's accomplishment came last season.

season.
