[問題] 鮭魚鹹派該配什麼酒
想做鮭魚鹹派給長輩吃,長輩有配餐酒的習慣
對於選擇看了很多書跟文章,越看越混亂
有的說重口味的食物要配單寧味較重的紅酒
但又有書本說魚油碰到單寧只會呈獻苦味不好喝
還是我該選擇較濃郁的白酒?
麻煩各位高手幫我指點迷津…
