之前買了ㄧ支加州的紅酒
Tableleaf Cabernet Sauvignon, California 2011
酒莊好像是NAPA的Tableleaf Winery
背標就寫得很清楚了,為了製造濃醇的香味
添加了黑莓、紅醋栗、還有Boysenberries Jam
之後開來喝了,果然如想像的充滿果香
單寧並沒有很明顯,口感也很濃厚
之後又推薦給一個女生,對方對紅酒不熟,也不常喝
只是以前偶而會喝一小杯而已,都是別人送她父親的紅酒
因為突然想喝所以找我帶路
去買酒的路上我ㄧ直問有什麼目標,她不是很了解
但堅持要買法國的紅酒
而我個人對法國紅酒的偏見就是:不掏出多點鈔票
很難買到名符其實的酒,如果要找物超所值的,那更是困難了
所以我強力勸阻她買從法國紅酒入手
避免選酒錯誤給她留下紅酒的壞印象
後來推薦這支,她喝了甚是滿意
所以問題來了:
像這樣添加許多添加物,製造濃厚果香、滑潤順口口感的紅酒
(這可是2011年的!)
好喝歸好喝,但其實到底是好還是不好呢?

The TableLeaf Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark, ruby-colored wine, with aromas of
ripe barries opening up to flavors of blackberries, currants and boysenberry
jam. Hints of clove lead to a lingering finish rounded out by supple tannins.
