[問題] 金牌與台啤的不同?
小弟是台啤的愛好者
假日時總喜歡跟朋友小聚吃飯喝酒
好吃的食物配上新鮮的瓶裝台灣啤酒 真是讚阿!
但總是有個疑問?
台啤為何分金牌跟一般台啤呢?
18天生啤應是未加溫殺菌的啤酒 但是台啤與金牌這兩個應該都是加溫殺菌過的阿?
這兩個決定性的差異在哪?釀造的方式?時間?還是原料配方?
有大大能幫忙解惑嗎?
