[問題] 自製酒糖內餡
最近想自己試著做酒糖巧克力看看。
網路上有看到內餡使用Rum的做法,
但沒有特別指定用哪一種,
版上是否有人有類似的製作經驗,
或者就推想覺得哪支Rum比較適合呢?

White Rum應該比較不適合吧?
而Rum跟Whiskey比起來也不知道兩者的優劣性。
