[問題] Netlimiter for windows10
作業系統：windows 10 專業版
Service Pack：1511(10586.318)
發生問題頻率：不能使用
是否有做Windows Update：有
問題內容：有沒有誰能在windows10安裝netlimiter4的
我安裝後就顯示
沒有任何在net pipe://127.0.0.1/NetlimiterPipe0 上進行接聽的端點
可以接受該訊息，這通常是由布正確f位址或SOAP動作所造成，若有innerException，可
參閱已取得詳細資訊
或者有其他可以用的限速軟體可以推薦?
WIN7時用NL3，不支援WIN10.....
更新
把服務關閉再啟動就可以咧.........
Control Panel\System and Security\Administrative Tools\Services\NetLimiter 4
Service and check if its Start value is set to Automatic.
服務不知道為什麼重開機都不會啟動
明明就預設自動了
