[問題] Windows 8.1 的右側欄變成粉紅色
作業系統：Windows 8.1 專業版
Service Pack：無
發生問題頻率：一直
是否有做Windows Update：有
問題內容：
裝過好幾次 Windows 8，右側欄都是藍色。
今天安裝一台，裝完之後發現它的右側欄竟然是粉紅色的。

如何改成一般預設的那種藍色？
