京華時報訊(記者顧夢琳)微軟新系統被曝出滑鼠支持缺陷，微軟稱將盡力解決這個問題。
據悉，10月17日微軟正式開放Windows8.1下載，10月下旬，由於很多用戶在升級后出現藍
屏，微軟宣佈將WindowsRT8.1的更新從WindowsStore中暫時下架。微軟論壇信息顯示，此
次曝出的滑鼠支持缺陷主要影響用戶的遊戲體驗，遊戲中，滑鼠實際移動距離與屏幕顯示
的移動距離不符，而光標也會自動跳躍和移動，用戶在多屏遊戲中滑鼠指針無法移動到所
有屏幕。
對此，微軟方面回應稱，滑鼠滯后這個問題實際上並不存在所有應用和遊戲中，只是在幾
個較為突出的遊戲中表現明顯。微軟目前正在努力解決問題，但目前還沒有確定推出相關
補丁的具體時間。

Microsoft 30 日回應指收到遊戲玩家們的反饋，全新 Windows 8.1 作業系統出現滑鼠控
制異常，並影響遊戲操控表現， Microsoft 將全力解決問題，但暫時仍未有推出相關
Hotfix 的時間表。
據了解，不少遊戲玩家於 Micorsoft 官方論壇中投訴，全新 Windows 8.1 作業系統的遊
戲滑鼠控制出現異常，包括了鼠標飄移、移動距離出現偏差以及刷新率不同步導致閃爍。
在滑鼠不移動下部份遊戲出現跳動，部份遊戲出現移動距離與滑鼠表現不符。
更甚的是部份遊戲出了滑鼠移動延遲，或是按鍵反應延遲，令遊戲根本無法正常進行，部
份玩家更投訴當遊戲進行時背景其他應用或會致滑鼠不能擴展到整個屏幕。
Microsoft 官方發表聲明，感謝用家積極回報問題，現正調查導致問題的原因，暫時仍無
法提供相關的 Hotfix 及推出的時間表，不過 Micorosft 將全力解決此一問題，以保証
Windows 8.1 的使用體驗。

Microsoft has provided a few workarounds until a fix arrives.
Microsoft has finally acknowledged the mouse lag issue experienced in some PC
games after customers upgrade to Windows 8.1. Reports of the problems began
to surface immediately after the update was released last month, affecting
titles such as Deus Ex: Human Revolution, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat,
Metro 2033 and several Call of Duty games. The lag, it seems, possibly stems
from a change in handling DPI for multiple monitors.
