聽起來是勵志的歌旋律也蠻快樂，但我覺得他的音色中卻略帶有一些悲傷
MV 是 Ben 與朋友分享快樂的時光（走出一段感情？也不確定是進行式還是走過了）
他與朋友在樹林造了一個滑水道，然後跟朋友一起滑下來，最後跳到河裡
為什麼說是感情呢？一開始的歌詞是

兩個人已經不在一起，他接納了寂寞，也走出對方不在身邊的傷痛

不管經過多痛苦的事情，還是要繼續堅強走下去

推薦原因：
跟上一次一樣也許是因為在去年那一段荒謬的感情，
很深刻。也是狠狠的教訓。
最後的兩句話讓我最有感覺，不像對方一樣，
一段感情後的我，留下的是我想像中的對方與真實的對方，
還有一段感情裡的好與壞，歸檔一般，這些都是我的一部分
我會記住這段感情中我想像中的對方和這些美好的回憶，就跟最初一樣
但我知道那些demons of change (in her) 與最初有什麼不同，
所以我們現在是這樣，各走各的路
