[問題] 鎖定一個頁框網頁,不知道為什麼左邊可以任意拉動!?

我固定鎖一個網頁

滑鼠游標靠到網頁的最左邊
左鍵按住可以任意往右來回移動
想要鎖定整個網頁
弄很久不知道問題出在哪
希望有大大可以幫小弟指點一下
