[問題] 安裝apache以後無法在系統管理工具的”服務”中啟動
環境：
*WIN XP professional
*浮動IP
*安裝程式：apache_2.2.13-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi
*在安裝時安裝程式有跑到按下finish
*無安裝IIS
*系統管理工具的"服務"裡只有一個apache
*skype已移除並重開機
*關掉防毒軟體及防火牆一樣
*httpd.conf檔案其中一行為#ServerName localhost:80
*localhost(127.0.0.1)測試理所當然失敗
*TCP/IP關於IP設定已改為自動取得且仍正常上網
*在cmd下netstat -an指令的結果是port:80沒有被listening
*error.log檔案內容部份擷取：
