[問題] frameborder, dir
在做框架頁的時候，要把區隔的那條線藏起來，看了些資料都寫說是用frameborder="0"，
於是寫了<frameset rows="30px,*" frameborder="0">，可是W3C驗證的時候卻說有error
,there is no attribute frameborder,想問怎麼會這樣??
另外就是在申請計數器時，貼上他給的程式碼，卻有出現Error，所以來問高手，是哪

主要偵查出錯誤的地方是在dir的部分,謝謝。
