[請益] 請教html的mailto語法 寄信之後卻成為亂碼的問題?
請問各位高人
我想要在網頁上填寫一些表單資料,然後將表單內文寄到信箱中,
但是不知道為什麼寄出去的時候只要碰到中文都是亂碼~"~
但是網頁的本文是沒問題的,可以顯示中文,不知道是哪裡出了錯,請各位指點:

大致是這樣子,想來想去就認為可能是編碼錯了,不知道怎樣改呢?
