[問題] 網路問題
http://123.240.192.170:8000/
這是我的電台 用WINAMP架設
目前遇到的情況 有些人說可以連上 有些人連不上(非區網)
防火牆 跟防毒 我也有開啟
連不上的 幾乎都是中華ISP
我本身網路 是用Cable的
請問這樣的情況 要怎麼解決
