Recruit a Friend Active Until Level 85
It looks like the RAF update will be increasing the maximum level that it
provides extra experience and levels from 80 to 85! Keep in mind this works
for currently active RAF accounts, but no return date for the program has
been announced yet.

但是招兵買馬系統回歸的日期尚未宣佈
