由於大學之前沒甚麼在運動
上了大學就想增加球技練得有點兇...
雙腳膝蓋跟腳踝漸感不支...
有哪些方法可以自己調整復健的呢?
還有聽有人說收操是增長自己排球壽命的方式
怎樣的收操算比較完整的收操呢?
